ቡዙአየሁ ታደለ እና ቤተሰቦቹ ፋውንዴሽንን በመመስረት ባለፉት 5 አመታት ማህበራዊ ኃላፊነቱን በመጣት ላይ ይገኛል
ቡዙአየሁ ታደለ እና ቤተሰቦቹ ፋውንዴሽን ለፕላንና ልማት ሚኒስቴር የውሃ ጉድጓድ ቁፋሮ ለማድረግ የገባውን ቃል ለመፈጽም የሚያስችለው የባለሙያዎች ጥናት ተጠናቆ ውይይት ተደረገበት። የብዙአየሁ ታደለ እና ቤተሰቡ ፋውዴሽን ዋና ስራ አስኪያጅ መሰረት ታደሰ እና የሚኒስቴሩ ጽ/ቤት ሃላፊ ሻሎም ገ/ድንግል እና ሌሎች ባለሙያዎች በተገኙበት ጥናቱ ቀርቦ በጋራ ገምግመውታል። ፋውንዴሽኑ በሚኒስቴር መስሪያ ቤቱ ቅጥር ግቢ የሚያደርገው የውሃ ቁፋሮ በሚኒስቴር መስሪያ ቤቱ አነስተኛ ተከፋይ የሆኑ ሴቶች እንደዚሁም በአከባቢው ላሉ ዝቅተኛ ገቢ ያላቸው ሴቶች በከተማ ግብርና ስራ እንዲሰማሩ ለማድረግና የመስሪያ ቤቱን የውሃ አቅርቦት ለማሻሻል የሚረዳ ነው። ፋውንዴሽኑ ባሳለፍነው ገና በአል ሚኒስቴር መስሪያ ቤቱ ለማእድ ማጋራት መርሃ ግብር ባቀረበለት ጥሪ መሰረት ላደረገው 120,000 ብር የገንዘብ ድጋፍ በዚሁ ግዜ እውቅና ተሰጥቶታል። ኢስት አፍሪካ ሆልዲንግ አክስዮን ማህበር ቡዙአየሁ ታደለ እና ቤተሰቦቹ ፋውንዴሽንን በመመስረት ባለፉት 5 አመታት ማህበራዊ ኃላፊነቱን በመጣት ላይ ይገኛል።
